The released power of inference has rightly incited both a sense of awe at potential opportunities unlocked and a trepidation of the associated risks such technology carries. Though many companies have already made strides in using AEDTs power of inference to streamline and automate employment decisions, we are still at the beginning of this story.
Our team at AIEquality has conviction that AEDTs will be used to engage and hire employees of merit, unlock latent talent, promote productivity, compensate previously unrecognized contributions of value, build optimal workforce compositions, and institute positive team dynamics, amongst many other applications.
